Hello दोस्तों इस Article में हम देखेंगे कि आप ECHS के Medical Bills को कैसे Claim Reimbursement कर सकते है (Reimbursement of Medical Claim)
मतलब अगर आप Ex-Servicemen है और आपने Echs 64KB Smart Card बनाया है, Example के लिए माने आप कभी बीमार हो जाते है, और आप Echs Polyclinic में Check करवाने जाते हैं, आपको Check कर लेने के बाद Dr आपको 5 दवाइयां लिख कर देते है, और बोलते हैं आप ये 5 दवाइयां खाएं आप ठीक हो जाएगें
अवमाने Echs Polyclinic में आपको 3 दवाइयां मिल जाती है, और 2 Medicines नहीं मिलती है, अब क्या होगा या तो आप Echs Polyclinic में उन 2 दवाइयों की Demand दे सकते है और Wait कर सकते है दवाइयों के आने का, या
नजदीकी Medical Store से आप वो 2 दवाईया ले सकते है, और आपने उन दवाइयों के ऊपर जो पैसे खर्च किए Medical Store में उन Medicines के Bill को आप Claim कर सकते है Online (Reimbursement of Medical Claim) ध्यान दे यह सिर्फ Example था
आप IPD (In Patient department), OPD (Out Patient Department), और Pharmacy, के Bills को claim reimbursement कर सकते है सबसे पहले हम देखेंगे कि Bill claim करने के लिए आपके पास कोन कोन से Documents का होना जरुरी है जैसे:- IPD, OPD, Pharmacy, चलिए Step By Step देखते है
- IPD (In Patient department) – An IPD is a part of a healthcare facility or hospital where patients are admitted for over 24 hours. An IPD of the hospital is generally outfitted with beds, medical equipment, and 24×7 availability of doctors and nurses. जहां रोगियों को 24 घंटे से अधिक समय तक भर्ती रखा जाता है
- OPD (Out Patient Department) – An outpatient department or outpatient clinic is the part of a hospital designed for the treatment of outpatients, people with health problems who visit the hospital for diagnosis or treatment, but do not at this time require a bed or to be admitted for overnight care. ऐसी कोई भी चीज है जिसके लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती होने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती है।
- Pharmacy – Medicines के Bills Claim कर सकते है (दवाइयां)

Apply online for Reimbursement of Medical Claim – IPD, OPD, Pharmacy ECHS Bills Claim । Full Process
सबसे पहले आप Google पर या किसी भी Search Engine पर ECHS UTI या Bill Processing Agency (BPA) ECHS Search करें, और Echs Uti Portal यहां UTIITSL https://www.echsbpa.utiitsl.com › ECHS इस Link पर Click करें
फिर आप Bill (Medical) Processing Agency For Ex-servicemen contributory health scheme इस Portal पर आजाएगे
आप Menu में Beneficiary Login या New For Individual Reimbursement of Medical Claim, Click Here यहां Click करें, फिर आप Beneficiary Login इस Site पर आ जाएगें, यहां आप Instructions और Mandatory documents required for online submission of the claim for reimbursement Instructions को पढ सकते है
अव आप Beneficiary Login में यहां Card Number डालें Enter only 12 digit number (Example आप Screen पर देख सकते है) ध्यान दे आपको उस व्यक्ति का Card No यहां डालना है, जो Patient है या जिन होने Treatment करवाया है जिनके नाम पर दवाइयो के Bill है उस व्यक्ति का Card No डालें
और निचे Registered Mobile Number (Don’t start with 0) यहां जो उस Card के साथ Link Mobile No है यहां डालें, और Get OTP पर Click करें
(लेकिन अगर आपको पता नहीं है कि आपके ECHS Card साथ कोन सा Mobile No Link है तो आप मेरे इस Article को पढ़ सकते है या इस Video को देख कर जान सकते है)
फिर आप यहां OTP No डालें और Submit Otp पर Click करें, और Claim Form Fill करके Sumit करें
