आप किसी भी Browser पर Parivahan Sewa | Ministry of Road Transport Search करें, और Online Services में Driving License Related Services यहां Click करें
Online services in this portal are available only for the States listed below, Please select the State from where the service is to be taken —Select State Name— अब आप यहां पर अपना State Select करें
Example के लिए हम HP Select करेंगे, बाकी आप जिस भी State में रहते है वो यहां Select करें अपने हीसाव से State Select करें आप
अब आप TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT, GOVERNMENT OF HIMACHAL PRADESH इस Portal पर आजागें
अब 3 No पर Conductor Licence – New Conductor Licence यहां Click करें, और भी काफी Options है आप Check कर सकते है, जैसे : Temporary Conductor Licence, Services On Conductor Licence, Online Conductor Licence Test, Print Conductors Licence, Regularize Provisional CL.

Application for Conductor Licence (CL)
Select State and RTO office from where CL is being applied आप अपना State Select करें और RTO Office Select करें, जहां से आप Conductor Licence (CL) Apply करना चाहते है Select करें
अब नीचे 3 Options Show होंगे Personal Details, Address Details, Medical Details, हम बारी बारी इन सभी Details को भरेंगे, आप जिस भी Options की जानकारी जानना चाहते हैं उस Option पर Click करके जान सकते है
Personal Details
Name of the Applicant यहां आप आवेदक जो Apply कर रहे है उनका FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME, LAST NAME लिखें, फिर Relation Select करें Father Mother Husband Guardian जिनकी Details भी आप Add करना चाहते है
यहां Select करें और उनका FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME, LAST NAME लिखें
फिर निचे Full Name as per Records आ जाएगा जो Details आपने उपर Add की उसके हीसाव से
- यहां अपना Gender Select करें Male, Female, Transgender
- यहां अपनी Date of Birth डालें और Age Show हो जाएगी आपको यहां Years में
- नीचे Educational Qualification Select करें, और यहां Blood Group Select करें
- अव आप यहां Phone Number, Email Id, Mobile Number, Alt. Mobile Number डालें
- आप यहां 1. Identification Marks, 2. Identification Marks लिखें
नीचे Declaration ध्यान से पढ़ें

ध्यान से सभी Details को पढ़ कर ही Tik करें, अव Next इस Icon => पर Click करें या Address Details यहां Click करें

- State SELECT करें
- District SELECT करें
- Sub-District SELECT करें
- Village/Town SELECT करें
- House/Door/FlatNo लिखें
- Street/Locality यहां लिखें
- Location में Village/Town, District, State आ जाएगा
- Pincode No यहां लिखें
यहां Permanent Address Details Add करें
अगर Present Address और Permanent Address Details Same है तो निचे Copy to Permanent Address यहां Tik करें, और Permanent Address अलग है तो यहां डाल दें
एक बार सभी Details को ध्यान से Check करें, और Next इस Icon => पर Click करें या Medical Details यहां Click करें
Medical Details
यहां First Aid Details Add करेगें
- FA Issuing Institution Name यहां लिखें
- Certification Number यहां डालें
- Place of Issued यहां लिखें
- Issued Date यहां लिखें
- Is it Permanent? Yes/NO Select करें
यह सभी Details आपको First Aid Certificate पर मिल जाएगी, जो आपने Hospital में 15 दिन की First Aid Certificate के लिए Training की थी उस पर सभी Details दी होगी
अव आप Medical Fitness Details यहां डालें
- यहां Fitness Certificate No लिखें
- Doctor Name लिखें (जिनसे आपने Fitness Certificate Verify करवाया था)
- Registration No.of Doctor लिखें
- Clinic Name and Place लिखें
- Issue Date लिखें
यह सभी Details आपको Medical Fitness Form में मिल जाएगी जो आपने Dr से Verify करवाया था, अभी तक आपने जो जो Details भरी उन सभी को एक वार ध्यान से Check करें, और नीचे Submit पर Click करें, Popup Show होगा Press Ok To Confirm यहां Ok पर Click करें
Congratulations, Your application has been submitted successfully. Kindly note your application reference number displayed on screen for future reference. You would also be receiving the reference number through SMS on your mobile. Applicant Visit the RTO/RLA Office. यहां Ok पर Click करें
यहां आपको Application Reference Slip Show हो जाएगी, आप Details को पढ़ सकते है, अव Right Side में Print Acknowledgement का Option आ जाएगा आप Acknowledgement को Print या Save करके रखे आगे काम आएगा, और Application Form (Pre Filled) आप यहां से Download कर सकते है, और नीचे Next पर Click करें

Age Proof = में आप 10th Class Certificate और Aadhaar Card की PDF बनाकर Upload करें
Address Proof (Present) = में आप Police और Pradhan की Report और Aadhaar Card की PDF बनाकर Upload करें
Form M.C.Con (Medical Certificate) = में आप First Aid Certificate, और Medical Certificate for Conductor Licence (Verified By Doctor) की PDF बनाकर Upload करें
आप Documents कैसे Upload करेगें चलिए देखते है, Application Reference Slip यहां नीचे Scroll करें और Next पर Click करें, Application Status में यहां Captcha Fill करें और Submit पर Click करें
अब आप यहां Application का Status Check कर सकते है नीचे Scroll करें यहां आप Stage(s) To Be Completed देख सकते है यहां Total 4 Steps है जो जो Steps आपने Complete कर दिए होंगे
यहां Completed लिखा आ जाएगा, और जो Steps अभी Pending में होंगे वहां To be done by the Applicant लिखा आएगा
Documents Upload करने के लिए Proceed यहां Click करें, और ok पर Click करे, Required Documents में Select यहां Click करें

- आप जो भी Documents Upload करने वाले है उसके हीसाव से यहां Option Select करें
- फिर आप Document No, Issued by, Issue Date, Contact No, उनमे से कोई Detail डालना चाहे तो डाल सकते है, (Mandatory नहीं है) और आप Document Upload कर सकते है या URL पर Click करके Document का Link भी Attach कर सकते है (अगर आपने कही Documents Upload करके रखें है तो उनका Link भी Attach कर सकते है) अपने हिसाब से Option Select करें
- Document Upload करने के लिए Status में Choose File पर Click करके Document Select करले, और Upload पर Click करें, File Size 500kb से कम होना चाहिए (*Allowed File Types (jpeg/jpg/pdf) And Maximum File Size is 500KB)
- View और Confirm का Option आ जाएगा, अपने जो Document Upload किया View पर Click करके Check कर सकते है, और Confirm पर Click करें, Uploaded Documents में आपको वो Document Show हो जाएगा जो आपने Upload किया

- Proofs:
- Indian Passport
- Affidavit by Notary/Oath Commissioner
- Voter ID
- LIC Policy Statement
- Payslip by Central/State Govt
- Aadhar Card With DOB
- जैसे First Step में बताया इसी तरह 2 Document को भी Upload करें
- Documents:
- Form M.C.Con (Medical Certificate) पर Click करें
Proofs:- Indian Passport
- Voter ID
- Driving License
- Character Certificate issued by CSP office
- Form MC.Con (Medical certificate)
- जैसे First Step और Second Step में बताया इसी तरह 3 Document को भी Upload करें
फिर Uploaded Documents मैं आपको सभी Documents Show हो जाएंगे जो जो आपने Upload किए Proofs के नीचे Document पर Click करके Check कर सकते है
और अगर किसी भी Document को Change करना चाहते है तो Uploaded Documents मैं Documents Option के नीचे उस Document पर Click करें जिसे Change करना चाहते है Example:- Age Proof, Address Proof (Present), Form M.C.Con (Medical Certificate) और उस Document को Change करने का Option ऊपर आ जाएगा
सभी Documents को Upload करने के बाद Next पर Click करें, और Captcha Fill करके Submit पर Click करें, Status Show हो जाएगा Upload Photo And Signature Proceed पर Click करें

Photo और Signature Upload करने की Instructions आप यहां पढ़ सकते है
- Upload Photo: By clicking Choose File/Browse Button & Select the location where the Scanned Photo file has been saved.
- Upload Signature: By clicking Choose File/Browse Button & Select the location where the Scanned Signature file has been saved.
- Upload And View files: Click the “Upload And View files” button for Uploading Photo, Signature on server And view it on Browser.
- Save Photo & Signature Image Files: After verification, Click “Save Photo & Signature Image Files” to complete the upload process.
Please upload clear passport size photograph. Signature need to be uploaded
Specifications of Scanned Photo & Signature
- Photo Dimensions – Width:35mm/1.4 inches (minimum of 420 pixels), Height: 45mm/1.75 inches (minimum of 525 pixels), Width x Height – 420 x 525 pixels (preferred).
- Signature Dimensions – Width 256 pixels x Height 64 pixels, Width 1.4″ /3.5cm X Height 0.44″/1.06cm (preferred).
- Size of Both These files should be between 10kb -20kb.
- Allowed File Types Are-JPEG/JPG/jpeg/jpg.
Warning: Please upload a clear passport size photograph & signature, required for printing on Licence. In case of failure, the application may get rejected by the RTO & will require a fresh process.

ऊपर Popup Show होगा आप पढ़ कर (Before submitting please ensure that correct, recent photo is uploaded because the same will be printed on your LL and DL,There will be no option for replacement or editing the photo already uploaded by you, hence ensure correct and recent photo is uploaded.) ok पर Click करें

अव Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India यह Site Open हो जाएगी, आप नीचे Transaction Details देख सकते है, 460rs Total Fees आपको Pay करनी होगी, और Payment Options में Bank / Gateway / Treasury यहां आप HP e-TREASURY Select करें, और Captcha Fill करके Pay Now पर Click करें
अब आप यहां Terms and conditions पढ़ें ( Terms and Conditions: Once payment process is completed, no automatic refund is permissible from this site. For manual refund of un-availed service or double payment cases, user can approach respective Transport Department/ RTO )

यहां आप Application का Status Check कर सकते है, नीचे Scroll करें Current Status Check करें और Completed Action(s) SCRUTINY और APPROVAL OF CONDUCTOR LICENCE Status देख सकते है
जब CL Approve हो जाएगा तो APPROVAL OF CONDUCTOR LICENCE यहां Status COMPLETED आ जाएगा
